I participate in out-of–network  insurance plans.  You will be provided with monthly statements that will include all the information  required  to submit for insurance reimbursement and of course, I am available to assist you with any insurance questions. Prior to the first session it would be helpful to contact your insurance provider to  determine your out-of-network coverage  and any pertinent information such as yearly deductible, amount covered and number of sessions allowed per year.
